Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. Calls you don't answer divert to Conversiq after they ring out, and we set that up with you during onboarding.
What if the caller doesn't use WhatsApp?
For now, yes: Conversiq replies on WhatsApp, so the caller needs WhatsApp installed. SMS as a fallback is on our roadmap.
Will it say something wrong to my customers?
It only works from the business details you give it: your prices, services, area and hours. For sensitive jobs, an upset customer, or anyone asking for a person, it stops and hands over to you.
Will it message people who never called me?
Never. It only replies to people who contacted you first. There are no cold lists or bulk sends, and anyone can reply STOP at any time.
How long does setup take?
